Shipping information

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. If an order consists of several items, NOH NEE can send these items in separate deliveries. Shipping is via DHL, whereby the transport risk is borne by NOH NEE until delivery and written confirmation of receipt by the customer. After this confirmation, the insurance cover expires. Delivery times depend on the destination. If payment is made in advance, shipping will only take place once the entire purchase amount has been received in the NOH NEE account.

We currently deliver to the following countries with the respective shipping costs and delivery times:

There are no additional taxes or duties for deliveries within the European Union. The prices quoted are gross prices and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the item prices.
