Return Policy and Exchange Conditions

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us. However, if you are not satisfied with a product or need a different size, you can return or exchange the product to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that only unused, flawless goods with no signs of wear can be accepted for return.

Important note on special orders and custom-made goods

Items that have been made especially for you - such as special sizes, reordered sold-out sizes or personalized products - cannot be exchanged or returned.

Handling of sensitive goods

Our products are characterized by their high quality and sometimes delicate workmanship. We therefore ask you to handle the goods carefully and avoid damage or soiling. If possible, shoes should only be tried on on carpeted floors to prevent signs of wear. Returns should ideally be made in the original packaging and with all associated parts. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable protective packaging to avoid transport damage and to ensure a full refund.

Exchange for other sizes

If you need the purchased item in a different size, please contact us in advance. This way we can reserve the desired item for you and inform you of the expected delivery time.

Important note on billing articles

Unfortunately, for administrative reasons, we are unable to offset returned items against new orders. If you would like a different item, please return the unwanted item and place a separate order for the new product.

Our sales team will be happy to help you! After inspecting your goods and checking the cancellation period, you will receive a confirmation of acceptance. Our sales team will then immediately inform the online team to ensure quick processing and refund. The refund will be made via the original payment method you used to purchase online. We will endeavour to credit the amount within a few days of confirmation.
